Stayed here for 2 weeks in an executive room and got to see a good portion of the staff and use all the amenities. While expensive for Bangkok, cheap compared to North American standards for the quality of the experience. The spa and all the restaurants are excellent (except the French restaurant for some reason). Strangely, the Firefly Bar has some of the best currywurst I've had outside of Berlin. The staff was excellent and attentive. The restaurant staff are friendly and easy to get to know. The pool is unique and never crowded. Room service produced great food in no time.

The part of town, as a local described it, is for "high society people," so expect prices in the neighboring establishments to reflect it. The area is safe, however, and centrally located with fairly easy access to public transportation.

Overall, don't hesitate to book this hotel for a true 5-star taste of Thai hospitality.

I can’t say anything negative about this hotel. Both times we’ve stayed here, everything has been perfect.

We arrived after a long 17-hour journey involving multiple flights. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the door and taken directly to our room, where the check-in process was completed quickly and efficiently. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous.

The hotel facilities are spacious and impeccably clean. The pool is large, with excellent service as well. Breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of options and top-notch service. The transfer service is also exceptional.

Everything was great, looking forward to come back soon!!!

Especially the musicians present the wonderful songs. My Mother show happiness on Face so we request more and more songs.

This was my first time staying at Kempinski. We were on a business trip with a group of nine and had high expectations for the hotel. The room service, breakfast, and room types all met our expectations and were excellent. However, our experience at the spa on the second day was utterly disappointing.

1. We had already decided on an oil massage from the beginning. The staff informed us that different pressure levels had different pricing. However, after booking in the morning, we were asked again in the evening about our preferred pressure levels, which felt disorganized.

2. We were advised to arrive 30 minutes early to use the sauna, which we did. However, the check-in process—including filling out forms and changing—took 20 minutes, leaving us with only 10 minutes in the sauna before rushing into the massage.

3. I booked the Draft Float + Massage package. Due to a miscommunication with the staff, it turned out that the three steps—a bathtub soak, a waterbed, and a high-pressure water jet—were actually part of a different package. I only experienced the waterbed.

4. The 60-minute massage that followed was just average. There was no option to choose essential oils, and after the treatment, there was no designated shower room. Since we finished near closing time, we didn’t have the chance to return to the sauna. Given that the service cost total 6,473 THB (including tax), this was deeply disappointing, although after our complaint, the manager did allow us to use the sauna again.

5. The worst part was the issue with using our colleague’s credit. The staff not only refused to accept it but also treated us with a terrible attitude, accusing us of deception. To make matters worse, on our last day during checkout, the front desk informed us that we actually could have used the credit for the spa—but by then, we had already spent it on afternoon tea days earlier. This information should not have been given to us only at checkout; they should have proactively informed us in advance.

Honestly the most comfortable stay we have ever had. Hotel and amenities were incredible. We loved the pillow menu! Restaurants were so good and the breakfast was something to look forward to every day.
Can’t forget to mention how beautiful the lobby and gardens are. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. This hotel was our oasis in such a big wild city.
