It's an openspace race track.  For a 8-10 minutes ride, it's quite pricey. But My children had fun there and did 2 rounds of racing.

Nice experience and fast for the kids to ride on as compared to those which you find in Singapore (which are 8km/hrs or less).
Those who need more adrenaline rush will need to go for those with petrol operated karts at other places.
To me and my family, this kind of experience is enough to satisfy.
