An absolutely superb culinary experience. The menu invites you on a journey of unexpected tastes and is crafted down to the finest details, from start to end. We ordered two tasting menus, one with wine and one with juice pairing. As good as the wine menu was, I would warmly recommend the juice pairing, as it is something less commonly experienced, and very well designed.

Spectacular from start to finish. If I could give Veve more than 5 stars I would.
This is the best tasting menu experience I have had to date. It beats three Michelin star dinners. This my first tasting menu where there was not a single disappointing or bad course. Not a single course that felt unremarkable compared to the rest. Every dish was exquisite: beautiful, colorful, and incredibly flavorful. And every dish surprised me when I first tasted it. Nothing was what I expected based on the description or appearance. Dishes that I thought I wouldn’t like, I loved. Dishes that I expected to taste a certain way or have certain textures were everything but. Veve was a true delight to the senses from start to finish.
Service was impeccable — I never waited for more than a few minutes between courses and all staff members were polite and friendly.
I cannot say enough good things. If you have to pick a single restaurant to try in Copenhagen, this should be it.

Quite great atmosphere in the restaurant and awesome lighting. The staff were extremely friendly and I could have used a bit recommendation about when to use forks or just eating using fingers. The timing between the dishes was not quite harmonious and sometimes it took too much time. The food experience was great and very delicious. I was not impressed by the wine pairing as one of the wine was quite bitter and doesn’t match the dish

Sublime!
I don’t understand the 1 and 2 star reviews of VeVe; they just don’t reflect my recent experience. Perhaps things have changed but my dinner was a truly 5 star affair all the way. Wonderful setting, relaxed but on point. The food was just sublime. Six ‘snacks’, including beetroot and vinegar cotton Candy and a Marsala Berliner, followed by six courses, almost all of which were executed to perfection and had very decent wine pairings. The tomato with papaya and lemon verbena was possibly the best tomato I’ve ever eaten, but the snow fungus with carrot and peanut satay, and the very clever mushroom and pineapple segue into dessert were the highlights.
Essentially 12 courses and six wines, bread, water, petit fours, coffee and brandy for around €200 was incredible value for money; try executing that at home for less. This place deserves to be successful and it deserves credit for quite inspirational vegetarian food.

Wonderful culinary experience and our favorite place in Copenhagen ✨

- We were a group of 14 people and we had the 6 courses menus which include as well 6 snacks. The service was professional with a high attention to details: all our allergies and requests were met and exceeded. It was a smooth and memorable dinner (which can be difficult to achieve with big tables).Thanks a lot to our waiter Yohann for being so attentive, patient with us and friendly.

- The food was incredible: Tasty, original, exquisite with a touch of surprises. I really liked their Beetroot cotton candy snack and the snow Fungus (still thinking about that dreamy consistency)

- There was a lot of non-alcohol options: we all had multiple of their homemade juices and they were all wonderful and unique. Our favorite ones were the Yuzu/Elderflower and the Sour cherry/Mint.

- We were very impressed by Veve. They are the Best vegetarian fine dining in Copenhagen
