It was not my First Time at Leonardo Royal Berlin. The hotel is in excellent condition, improving, looks young, and is well maintained.
Starting with online reservations that went to a very user-friendly web interface, payment, online check-in ...
Arriving at the hotel, the staff were very professional, yet friendly, fast, and efficient.
The Room (247): is very well prepared, clean, and in excellent condition.
Housekeeping: nothing much to say here, "Simply Amazing", thanks to my room attendant whom, unfortunately, I had never met.
Breakfast has a wide variety that suits everyone regardless of his dining needs, I used the vegan corner; I have to say, it is excellent and convenient.
General Cleanliness: Again, housekeeping is amazing.
Hygiene: Generally very much accepted, only one comment, the complimentary corner at the lobby, more forceps are needed, some people were picking the complimentary snacks by hand from the jars.

We had a pleasant stay as a group of three, with an extra bed that was quite comfortable. The only downside was the pillows and the air conditioning/heating system, which didn’t seem to make a difference regardless of the setting. The air was very dry at night, so we turned it off on the second night and opened a window, which made the room much more comfortable. The sauna was nice, though the steam room was out of order. The gym was small but well-equipped. Breakfast had a great variety, and the vegan section was a highlight for me. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were even offered an early check-in free of charge, which was a great touch.

The hotel is NOT SAFE at all.
Recently I was guest with my friends and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Because one more friend came we changed the room during our stay how it was reserved before. While moving I forgot my fav blouse in the closet. I went to check with the reception immediately and the answer after two days was that they didn't find anything. There isn't anything in lost and found after two days. What a disaster of staff who are working at the front of the reception. I insisted to spoke with the manager and scheduled time and day. Of course he didn't appear at first time, but after double checking in the background of the reception suddenly appears a man who on my question to introduce himself said that he is a manager. They never had any explanation how the blouse disappear, say sorry, maybe apologies and even to offer and check the cameras, which probably are not even working. Be careful the hotel is NOT SAFE at all and keep your things, because if something is missing it is not their  responsibility. I'm traveling often and all around the world, never before had this kind of miserable experience, even in far a way cheap and low budget hotels. Never thought that this can happened in Germany.

We LOVED staying here! Reception/rooms/ sauna and fitness/ staff/bar and breakfast ( served by a charming Filipino gentleman and lovely Zusanne) were all top notch. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat…don’t hesitate to book …you won’t be disappointed!🤩

Myself and my wife stated over new year for 3 nights. Great location,  no more than 12 minute walk to alexanderplatz.  The room was very spacious and clean. Mattress and pillows very comfortable.   Shower clean and good water pressure.  For a city break honestly a bargain. I would recommend.  If your not in the mood to go out don't be disappointed the hotel food was honestly good for a hotel bar food.  If I was to return to Berlin I will 100% return.
