I’m so happy I chose this hotel!
Fantastic location, right in the city centre, 5 minutes walk to the train station, great customer service, very friendly and polite.
Room was perfect for our stay, clean and comfortable.
Big plus for the complimentary use of the lounge coffee machine , pastries , cookies, sweets, it was a very pleasant surprise.
Another huge plus: we were able to check in several hours before because there was a room available, this was not solicited by us but offered by the receptionist when we were just dropping our luggage to store .

Love this hotel. The staff were so lovely and really informative, even gave us a list of all the places you could eat, smoke and see, all tried and tested by the locals.
Rooms were spotless,  was small, but had everything you needed (just how the building is). The price was really good and it's in the centre of everything,  and the train station is literally 5 mins away.
It reminds me of a premier inn and to that level of standard, so basic and clean.
Loved it so much, I've booked to come back end of March.
(Also another bonus, you get a little bag of snacks to take to the airport when you leave).

The location is definitely the best 👌🏾
The staff were amazing and friendly

I traveled by train and this was the perfect spot for me to stay within the center of town next to everything! Walking distance from Amsterdam Central was about 5 mins, which worked great while traveling with backpack and wanting to stay in the heart of the town. The room was spacious but could use a little updating within the structure. I did hear some random extended periods of water dropping noises through my stay, assuming somewhere within the walls. It was easily masked when I put some white noise on my phone to help sleep but otherwise I had a nice stay. I appreciated the check-in team for the warmest welcome and also for holding my bags when I arrived before my room was ready as I was able to knock out some local breakfast and sightseeing, which were great to be just minutes walking away. During my stay, the building next door was doing some renovating but they were gracious enough to start in the afternoon and ended before I got back, so it did not disrupt anything! I only heard it when I was back in the room a couple times throughout the day for some downtime.
