Pretty hotel, lobby is cosy and charming, the room we booked was huge with very high ceilings, tall windows, overlooking a canal. Nicely decorated, super comfy bed, bathroom very nice. Super clean.
Staff was very nice and accommodating.
The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station but in a very residential area

Beautiful hotel in a great location, walkable distance to Central Station. Very welcoming and accommodating. The room where we stayed (on the top floor) was spacious with a beautiful view. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is amazing. At night the lobby becomes like a lounge where you can relax and have some cocktails.

We had a 3 night stay here. The hotel was great overall.
We had a ground floor room near the stairwell. The room was compact, however, had everything required.

We also liked the quirky raised bed.
However, that may be an issue for some with mobility issues.

Some noise issues in that the walls and ceilings don't seem to have great sound proofing so you could hear other rooms plumbing.

Room had a large smart tv.

Staff were friendly and polite.

Location is 5 minutes walk from central station so ideally located.

Breakfast was about €19 for a variety of hot food and the accompanying drinks, toast, croissants etc.

Beautiful, comfortable room and beds. 2 skylights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom and shower were wonderful. We were in room 24.

Perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. My expectations were not too high as prices in Amsterdam are high and rooms are tiny but this was great value for money. The room was spacious and bright and the bathroom was huge for a major European city hotel. Really close to centraal station. Nice boutique hotel, easy to walk everywhere. Reception staff very friendly and helpful
