We had a wonderful and special time at this hotel! Since we arrived, they received us with a glass of water and sparkling wine. They also took care of our luggage and brought it to our room. Rocío from check-in was super nice and very attentive with us!

The room had a very nice bed and pillows. It was comfortable, and the A/C worked very well. They gave us robes and slippers, which was great, and there was also a safe. My only complaint is that the TV did not have enough channels to watch, and also the coffee maker did not work. For a luxury hotel, I expected a better coffee make, and not just instant coffee.

The service was wonderful, especially Vanessa from the breakfast team. She was super attentive, super sweet, and welcoming. She made us lattes every morning, brought us toast, and also explained to us traditional Spanish food. In addition, the overall hotel service is top notch. They make you feel welcomed, and they help you in everything you need, such as booking Flamenco show reservations, recommending restaurants, or events in town.

The breakfast was one of my favorite parts of this hotel. We ate outdoor, and it was super relaxing and joyful. They have such a big variety of food, and drinks. Everything is fresh and local. I could eat here every day!

The location is perfect, you are in Sevilla downtown to put it that way, and you can walk from there everywhere, or take an Uber if you desire. It is a super safe and quiet location. In addition, they have a beautiful terrace, where you can take amazing photos, and spend some time drinking or eating.

This hotel is a 5 start hotel! I love staying at Boutiques hotels where you feel welcomed and they treat you like family; that is how I felt at Boutique Casa Del Poeta. When I come back to Sevilla, I will definitely stay here again.

The location and the staff of the hotel boutique were absolutely amazing. The place is gorgeous and full of history.
The only comment I have was that the walls of the rooms have little to no sound proofing. We stayed on the first floor and could hear the footsteps of the guests above us as well as someone taking a shower and the water running. Other than that , was an amazing stay and one of the best designed and thought of hotels

Gorgeous hotel in an awesome location of Seville! The staff were all so friendly, kind and helpful.  It's not often that a hotel is one of the highlights of my trip but in this case it really was. Recommending it to everyone I know!

We’re in room 3 on the main floor and there are constant noises and sounds from the staff and other guests.  It’s near the breakfast room and it’s not possible to sleep past 7:30.  Simple felt pads on chair legs would help to reduce the noise from chairs scraping the floor.  Regardless, the guests in this room should be aware of this issue.  This room should be discounted.  There is little soundproofing in this hotel.
