Pleasant so called "gårds café" a bit off the main road between Gränna and Huskvarna.

Nice home-baked bread and "fika" and the coffee is from a local coffee roasters.

Well worth the trip!

Very tasty food, there were two different lunch options (90-120sek) of which one was vegetarian. The homemade fika, carrot cake, tasted great and was a perfect add on after the lunch.

This is a idyllic, swedish coffee and restaurant in the countryside of Sweden. It doesn't become more Swedish than this. They offer home made pastries, salads, very tasty sandwiches (including very tasty shrimp sandwiches). The ice cream they serve is locally produced in the nearby town of Gränna. Some of the flavours are even vegan.

I would recommend this place if you are in the area and want to experience something really Swedish without lots of tourists.

Great place out on a farm to relax and have a piece of cake! Everything is homemade and tastes fantastic. (There's other stuff as sandwiches and pies... but we went for the cakes😊)
