We visited for a Christmas lunch and enjoyed a very nice, traditional experience with a classic Swedish julbord. The buffet was fresh and tasty, and our two-hour seating was plenty of time to savor the meal.
That said, it’s on the pricey side – the bill for six people, including drinks, came to approximately 7000 SEK. Surprisingly, even a cup of black coffee wasn’t included and had to be paid for separately.
As our group consisted of people from different countries, we asked if the bill could be split into six equal parts for convenience, but we were told that this wasn’t possible. This meant our first stop after lunch was a nearby vending machine to sort things out.
Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement on service flexibility.

As a mainly business traveller having a hotel room with no complimentary drinks Tea or Coffee not even water. Alcohol was available minibar but be careful not to mix the champagne and alcohol free sparkling wine. The mini bottle of champagne is expensive. I struggled to get tea making stuff for my 4 day visit.

Customer service is nice and helpful and bed comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful historical building. I love staying at historical hotels but this one I given 3 stars as it really needs to update their installations. No complimentary water. No kettle in room with tea or coffee (there is a station outside for all rooms). The room does not have USB port and the reception doesn't offer adaptors. They charged my phones at the reception to help. No smart TV to login to your accounts like Netflix etc and has only 4 channels working.  Breakfast has an assortment of breads and meats but no fresh fruit. Next time I'll try my luck somewhere else in Lund.

Had a tour of this town and was recommended to try the restaurant here. It definitely didn’t disappoint. All the food we ordered were all absolutely delicious.
