Have visited this bakery since a couple of years back when it first opened as a smaller café. I found the confectionery to be of top quality and good tasting back then and even now after the business has grown and takes a larger shop space. We have returned numerous times to fika or just to get the bread, cakes, pastries or ice-cream.

🔸️ Prinsesstårta
One of my favorites here is the Prinsesstårta (Princess cake). The size is smaller at three quarters compared to the supermarket variety but huge in enjoyment. The green marzipan wrapper is fragrant, sweet and is fresh to the bite. The cake within layered with fresh cream and raspberry jam taste like a blend of soft clouds paired with fruity raspberries.

🔸️Vanilj Semla
For semla lovers, his traditional wheat flour bun features vanilla whipped cream. The sweetness of this bun is light with hints cardamom. The combination together with its almond paste filling is delightful.

There are are numerous other mouthwatering items like the sourdough bread (levainbröd), chocolate covered biscuits (biskvier), Coconut macaroon (kokostoppar).

🔸️ Coffee
The brewed coffee here is classic Swedish styled. The brew from self-serviced from a termos was piping hot, smooth and aromatic. It was a perfect pairing with the sweet and creamy cakes.

The barrista coffee was good too. The soya cappuccino was a balanced tasting cup of espresso and foamed soya milk.

Nice fika, we came around 4pm on saturday. So there were not much left from the options, but we went for vaniljsemla and chokladsemla. The choclate one really surprised us, it was delicious! We loved the top bread, a mix of cookie dough and bread. So curious of how it was made!

Other than that, the workers were very kind and polite as they should be. There were not many people at all when we came, but also it's 1h before closing time. The floor was a bit dirty, and some places looked a bit untidy. But still managed to take beautiful pictures from here!

I had my first cinnamon bun here haha. The pastries I tried (a croissant and a cinnamon bun) were amazing and the coffee was like the best I've ever had. The waitress was really nice and spoke perfect English too. Be wary that this place is card only though so keep your cash to yourself haha

Very delicious cinnamon roll (kanelbulle) and vanilla bun or only vanilla  (bara vanilj). Their kanelbulle is the most delicious one I have ever eaten in Stockholm and Gothenburg. So far no kafe has ever beaten it. Their bara vanilj taste excellent as well. I had it with a glass of milk.
