My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc).

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. If you cannot find something, the front desk has it and is eager to help.

The location is easily accessible by public transportation and, of course, is across from Kensington garden, a wonderful green space to walk around.

I was in London with my family over Christmas and stopped by this hotel and the bar (the Stable) twice!  We loved it.  Service exceptional, decorated beautifully for the holidays and drinks were great.  Would love to stay or eat here the next time we are London.  Definitely recommend!!
