I stayed here this past weekend on my first visit to London with my mom and it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here on my next visit to London.

We arrived early and the person who helped us check in was amazing. He truly went over and above as he could see we were exhausted after a long flight in. It was my birthday and the room was decorated for my birthday with balloons and other items and it really felt special. Any time we had a question about the area, the team was so helpful in making sure our trip was a success and we really enjoyed every moment of it

My wife and I had an incredible stay. The location is second to none! In terms of the hotel itself, the new decor in the lobby is spot on, a very clean and classy look. The room was great, with a very spacious bathroom. The staff that we interacted with were all very professional, kind, and friendly. The breakfast is not to be missed, and the service during it is very impressive. I travel a fair amount and I cannot think of a better hotel breakfast. Even when it was busy, the service was very attentive and quick. Do your best to avoid going right before breakfast service ends as it is most busy then.

Excellent location and outstanding service! We stayed in a Collection Premium Room, which was very spacious and well-designed. The king bed was separated, and the sofa bed comfortably accommodated three adults in one room. The large bathroom, complete with a dressing area, added to the overall comfort.
The hotel is surrounded by many specialty coffee shops and fine dining restaurants, making it a great choice for food lovers. Additionally, Sainsbury’s Local supermarket is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, perfect for any essentials. A great stay, and I highly recommend this hotel!

Brilliant hotel,  the location couldn't be any better right in the heart of Mayfair. The service as well is second to none, not to mention the spa. Special thanks to Sadie in reception who went over and above to help with my request. Highly recommend. Price quality is unbeatable.

Every member of the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure an absolutely spectacular experience!

This was my first visit to the May Fair, yet it will definitely not be my last!! I would highly recommend the Spa as well as the May Fair Kitchen restaurant.
