Most incredible experience I’ve had interacting with big animals. The manor is impressive and beautiful, the room is comfortable and cozy, and everyone treated us respectfully and nicely. The food is delicious.
We knew exactly what to expect before arriving thanks to the information provided during the booking process. That made a big difference in us understanding why the interactions with the giraffes are scheduled.
My friend was celebrating her birthday and the staff left her a cute note and delicious chocolates in the room. They also made a stunning cake and everyone came together to sing for her after breakfast.
Staying here for one night was a huge expense for us, but it was totally worth it. I’ll never forget this experience. Our guide Peter and the GM made sure of that.

Let me first start the review off by simply saying WOW. What a magical bucket list experience. The price is worth all that comes along with this stay. The most attentive staff, the sweetest giraffes and so much to do! Feeding the giraffes from my balcony was an experience that I will always hold close. The food was amazing! The laundry service comes in handy. The location is central to Nairobi and not far from other local activities. It was a few days after my birthday and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake during breakfast. So kind and thoughtful! Such a beautiful space and once in a lifetime kind of experience. 5 stars!! Thank you to the staff for an unforgettable memory :)))

If you ever wanted to feed a giraffe from your bedroom window or at breakfast this is the place for you. It is first class lodging, complete with mosquito netting around the beds. All the meals we had there were delicious. They do an afternoon tea that is sensational!!

The staff is gracious and attentive, and they know a lot about giraffes and Kenya. I highly recommend this wonderful place to stay not far from Nairobi.

I can't rate this place highly enough. It deserves way higher than 5 stars. Best place we have ever stayed in. They treat you like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble. They even do your washing. The food is top notch a la carte.. The Manor itself is absolutely beautiful but obvs the most special moments were with the giraffes 🦒. This experience is mind blowing. Right up close and personal and everyone is made to feel special. Each and every person getting there own personal experience with the giraffes with as many photos taken as you like. You are kind of allocated your own personal butler who is there for your every need. The Manor only accepts a small amount of guests so best to book early as I know the waiting list is huge.. if you're looking for something special and extraordinary look no further than this perfect place. Hands down one of the most worldly places on Earth, as our stay at the Giraffe Manor truly made my wife’s dreams become a reality. The uniqueness of the giraffe interactions and beauty of the manor itself is one of kind, that will certainly leave you speechless.
