This is not just a cocktail bar! It’s a Heston Blumenthal take on Marrakesh! Awesome food- such an amazing range of tastes and experiences! Service is amazing, we felt so looked after by Simo. We keep coming back!

It was an absolute gem of a find on our last night in Marrakesh. The cocktails are amazing and so delightfully presented, but the food was exquisite ❤️ ,the attention to detail on the presentation and the love and thought put into the marriage of flavours was impressive and topped of with the amazing service from the wonderful staff was second to none. I really can't recommend this place highly enough.

Some of the best food we had in Marrakech - and we had had very good food! The visit was perfect from start to finish. As soon as we entered we were kindly greeted by all staff - they could simply not do enough for us to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Loved each concept of the cocktails and the bar and seating area itself is so unique. Every little detail has been thought of and that’s what makes it so special. The food was phenomenal and we would 100% make our way back here again if we were to be in Marrakech.

A fantastic experience, very theatrical, offering delicious cocktails in wildly unique vessels. The food is excellent and just as imaginatively presented.
The staff are fun, welcoming and professional - Spent New Year’s Eve at Barometer and they certainly made it a memorable, quirky experience. Highly recommended, thanks.
