Awful, don’t stay here, we found 3 ticks in our bed, plus ant infestation in our luggage when we went to pack up, even found bug spray in the room so they’re aware of it but still utilise the room, we are so glad we only booked 2 nights. Really disappointing as they have good reviews but I think they’ve gone downhill since they started. We were put in an old hut up the back even though we paid for ‘ocean view’ which was 1/4 of our view, the rest was the back of another hut.
You can’t lock the door properly, it’s just a padlock so when you do this to leave there’s a big gap in the door and bugs can get it, the property is also open to the public so anyone could walk up to your hut, the public use the loungers and pool too. The cafe is crap, expensive for poor food, wouldn’t even do room service.
Staff are very rude, the man the checked us in didn’t even smile at us or offer to help with bags, took us to our room and that was it. No talking through anything, such as how to use things, what water was safe to drink etc.
aircon filter definitely hasn’t been changed in ages, smelt musty, made the sheets damp, was awful to sleep in.
Whole hut smelled musty, old and mouldy.
shower was a waterfall type with very poor pressure so when you had it on it either sprayed the entire bathroom making it super slippery on the smooth concrete floor or you barley had enough pressure to even wash soap off. No shelves in the shower either so anything you use needs to go on the floor. Gecko poo on the sink.
Mozzie net has holes in it and doesn’t even go to the floor so bugs get in, my partner got eaten alive on night.
We also tried to rent a scooter through them, the man called the scooter place then handed the phone to my partner, the poor fella on the other end barely spoke English so he needed help translating and the man didn’t want to help.
Overall, don’t stay here, we went and visited some beautiful places with lovely staff and secure huts, go there instead, dream beach is overrated.

Stayed here 2 nights, we love it here! Bungalows style hut right in front of the famous Dream Beach. The room is comfy, clean and super cute! We enjoyed the outdoor shower-  you can see stars at night while showering. Breakfast was very basic, definitely can be better. Another highlight is the infinity pool which is stunning. There’s a dream beach street 8 mins away from the hut, you can find restaurants, cafes and massage places. Devils tear is just next door too. We recommend this place!

Fantastic spot for this hotel.
Great views from swimming pool and restaurant to the ocean.
The seaview huts are simple but pretty and nice. And they have aircon and drinking water etc. Private outside shower and toilet.

never disappoint! havent left yet, but already planning another visit! Bar staff is super friendly and nice. unfortunately, lady that worked on Sunday at the cashier in the evening wanted to close the bills asap instead of to sell more drinks (it was 8.45pm)
everything else was absolutely amazing!
food esp mie gorang and nasi goreng are super good! a little inconsistent tho - lunch they are not spicy at all while at the dinner they were spicy. i enjoyed both but consistency is important.

We stayed for 2 nights in a deluxe ocean view hut that had a beautiful view and steps from the sand. Unique accomodation. Hut was air conditioned and had a bar fridge, water jug and tea/coffee making supplies. Small hanging space. The bathroom is totally open air but private. The hut is raised from the ground so there are steps up into the hut and then steps down to use the bathroom. Beach towels also provided. Breakfast was included for our booking. Eggs can be cooked to your liking. I enjoyed an omelette. Awesome views from both levels of the restaurant and infinity pool. You can walk to Devils Tears. There’s a small convenience store that also rents out golf buggy or e-bikes. We hired the bikes and rode over the yellow bridge. We also hired a golf buggy to drive around the island to see other places. Restaurant offers a good selection of food and cocktails. We wish we’d spent at least an extra night to just laze around the pool. There’s also a second pool that is upstairs. I’d suggest not taking a large suitcase as there’s not a lot of room in these huts to open big cases on the floor. Also, when you arrive on the boat transfer, there’s no dock so you have to jump into shallow water onto the beach.
