미슐랭 빕구르망을 받은 굿모닝홍콩은 제생각엔 가게가 협소해서 웨이팅이 있는게 아닌가? 하는 생각이 듭니다. 저는 토마토 라면과 차우시판을 먹었습니다. 토마토 라면 살짝 시큼한 라면? 맛이 없는건 아니지만 토마토 라면만의 특별함은 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 차우시판은 차슈의 소스는 좋았지만 차슈가 부드럽지도 않고 밥도 질어서 아쉬웠습니다.

진짜 여러번 가본다 시도 하다 간신히 먹어본 곳.

웨이팅도 웨이팅이지만 매번 뭐가 안맞아서 쉬는 날이던가 정기 휴무이던가 마감했던가 오전 마감이던가 해서 정말 년에 부산을 몇번은 가지만 최초 시도후 1년정도만에 가본거 같다....

일단 음식은 상당히 만족스럽다. 깔끔하며 맛있다. 토마토 라면은 솔직히 호불호 보다는 쉽게 따라할수 있을거 같은 맛이 나서 약간 아쉬웠지만 그래도 맛은 있었다. 개인적으로는 토마토 특유의 맛이 더 쎘으면 좋겠지만 그러면 호불호가 진짜 심하게 갈릴거 같으니 넘어가고 다른 메뉴인 탄탄면을 알아보자.

의외로 진짜 탄탄면이 기가 막히게 맛있었다. 솔직히 맵고 기름지고 짜고 땅콩냄새 심할정도로 많이 나는데 조화는 하나도 이루지 못해서 맛없는 탄탄면들만 먹어봤던 나로서는 탄탄면을 여친이 왜 시키지 싶었지만 진짜 진심으로 여기는 달랐다. 진한 국물에 다채로운 향과 땅콩향이 이렇게나 어울리는 것이었나 싶을 정도로 조합을 잘하셨다.  살면서 언제 또 이렇게나 맛있는 탄탄면을 먹어볼수 있을까 싶었다. 매콤하며 진하면서 크림처럼 부드러운 느낌에 다양한 향..... 주기적으로 먹고 싶은 맛이다.

그 외에는 디저트 류인데 연유 프렌치토스트는 맛없기 힘드니 넘어가고 망고 푸딩은 정말 사르르 녹아 사라질 정도로 부드러우며 망고 특유의 향과 잘익었는지 달달한 맛만이 푸딩에 조화롭게 들어가서 망고를 싫어하는 여자친구도 맛있게 먹을수 있을정도였다.

아쉬운 점은 웨이팅이다. 일단 기본적으로 여긴 단순히 식사 하는 곳으로 생각하고 기다렸는데 테이블 회전이 너무 느렸다. 분명 면과 밥이라서 테이블 수가 적은건 알아도 금방 금방 나올줄 알았었지만 알고보니 카페도 같이 겸하는 느낌이라 후식에 차까지 느긋하게 먹고 나오는 느낌이다. 그렇다보니 사람들이 적은 테이블 수 + 느긋한 식사와 디저트와 함께 즐기는 차 까지 만끽하고 나오는 편이라 웨이팅이 필연적으로 길어질수 밖에 없다. 그러니 예약 해두고 다른 곳을 돌아보며 즐기다 오는걸 추천한다.

장점은 싼 가격과 가격 대비 확실하게 보장되는 맛. 맛있는 디저트들로 꼽을수 있고 단점은 웨이팅이라고 정리할수 있겠다.

탄탄면 먹고 싶네...

I've been there so many times, but I've barely tried it.

Waiting is waiting, but every time something doesn't work out, whether it's a day off, a regular holiday, or closing in the morning, I go to Busan a few times a year, but I think it's been about a year since I first tried it....

First of all, the food is quite satisfactory. Clean and delicious. To be honest, the tomato ramen was a little disappointing because it seemed like it could be easily imitated rather than like or dislike, but it was still delicious. Personally, I wish the unique taste of tomatoes was stronger, but I think that would really divide likes and dislikes, so let’s skip it and look at the other menu, Dandanmyeon.

Surprisingly, the real dandanmyeon was amazingly delicious. To be honest, it was spicy, oily, salty, and had a strong peanut smell, but there was no harmony at all. As someone who has only eaten tasteless dandan noodles, I wanted to know why my girlfriend ordered dandan noodles, but seriously, this place was different. The combination of the rich soup and the various flavors and peanut flavors was so good that I wondered if it went well together.  I wondered when I would ever be able to eat such delicious dandanmyeon again in my life. It's spicy, rich, creamy, and has a variety of flavors... It's a taste you'll want to eat regularly.

Other than that, it's a dessert, so I'll skip the condensed milk French toast because it's hard to not taste good, but the mango pudding is so soft that it melts and disappears, and only the unique scent of mango and the sweet taste of ripeness go well together in the pudding, so much so that even my girlfriend, who doesn't like mangoes, could enjoy it.

What is disappointing is the waiting. First of all, I thought this was just a place to eat and waited, but the table turnover was very slow. Since it was definitely noodles and rice, I knew they would leave quickly even though I knew there were only a few tables, but it turned out that it also doubles as a cafe, so I felt like I could leisurely eat dessert and tea. As a result, there are only a few tables and people tend to enjoy a leisurely meal and tea with dessert, so the waiting line is inevitably going to be long. So, I recommend making a reservation and having fun while visiting other places.

The advantage is the low price and guaranteed taste for the price. The desserts are delicious, but the downside is the waiting time.

탄탄면과 마라탕면도 덜맵고 맛있네요.

직장동료의 강력 추천으로 가본 집인데, 웨이팅도 많고 다들 만족스러워 하는 분위기? 와이프도 만족스러워 하는데 내 입맛에는 아닌 것 같다.. 중국이나 대만계 요리들은 전반적으로 내 입맛은 아닌 것으로 확정...토마토달걀 덮밥이 제일 메인인데, 국물이 너무 자작해서 본죽에서 팔 것 같은 메뉴 느낌인데 케챱에 밥 비벼먹는 원초적인 맛인 느낌이라 나는 별로였고, 우육면도 수림식당보다 별로인 느낌.
차찬텡이라고 차와 식사를 겸하는 식당이라 후식도 먹었는데 후식이 맛있어서 별을 조금 준다. 프렌치토스트, 망고푸딩 두개 시켰는데 둘다 만족스라웠음

I went to this restaurant after a strong recommendation from a co-worker. There was a lot of waiting and everyone seemed satisfied. My wife is also satisfied, but I don't think it's to my taste. I've decided that Chinese and Taiwanese dishes in general are not to my taste... The tomato and egg rice bowl is the main dish, but the soup is so homemade that it feels like something sold at Bonjuk. However, I didn't like it because it felt like the original taste of ketchup mixed with rice, and the beef noodle was not as good as the one at Surim Restaurant.
It's called Cha Chan Teng, a restaurant that serves both tea and meals, so I also had dessert, and the dessert was delicious, so I give it a little star. I ordered two French toast and mango pudding and both were satisfactory.

★★★★☆: A house that is overall good but lacks cost-effectiveness, lacks service, or leaves something to be desired.
