This entire stay was a nightmare. A significant amount off money was taken from our room during our stay. We are a young couple back packing and with a significant amount of our budget stolen, this is absolutely devastating. The staff on reception were unhelpful and hung up the phone when we reported it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Money was taking from our bag during our stay. No safe’s in the room. When we called the hotel they hung up on us and when we tried to call back there was no answer. We are absolute devastated.

1.  The reception is totally unfriendly 2. Check-in is not at 2:00 p.m., but 1.5 hours later, since the rooms weren't clean yet.  3. If you're not feeling well, you won't be helped a bit. 4. No Wifi 5. Dirty Rooms

The longer version: I got to the lobby at 1:30 and wanted to check in.  It is often possible to check in a little earlier.  14:00 was on the Internet.  I was turned away with incomprehension and the words "2 a clock".  Well, first of all, I went to eat.  When I got back a little after 2 the whole lobby was full of new guests trying to check in.  With the unfriendly words "clean rooms" without a time you were put off here.  So 15-20 people waited in the lobby for almost 1.5 hours until we could finally check in.

but that was not all.  I didn't feel well because I ate something bad at the market.  I threw up during the night and had severe diarrhea.  The vomit was next to my bed because I couldn't make it to the toilet.  So I called the 24-hour reception and the women came.  When she saw the vomit she said "housekepper already gone" and spoke to me in Thai.  Suddenly she just left and never showed up again.  I couldn't leave the puke there because it smells a lot so I cleaned it up a bit with a towel (I know it’s not the best).  The next day at 4 o'clock in the afternoon the cleaning crew came and said we had to calculate the 100 baht for the towel.  And we don't clean the room, we do it later. we'll be back in a few hours

After a few hours, the cleaning staff came and wiped everything away halfway. The smell has logically not gone away. The Check Out time was 12 am and at 11:55 a.m., a lady was in front of my door and came straight into the room to clean it. Well, to be honest, it wasn't the worst thing I experienced here. At the check out, 300 baht was charged instead of the original 100 baht for the towel. rudeness!
So summarized one of the most unfriendly and worst hotels I've ever been. If nothing happens, almost everything is fine. But I would recommend everyone to book in a different hotel with a nicer reception.

Not the ideal place if you are looking for a good night of sleep.
The room is ok-ish but the place is really loud, people coming in and out all the time and talking in the corridors. The windows are really thin therefore you will hear every noise.
The door in our room had a gap, so the room got full of mosquitoes. We stucked the towels all around the door as a "solution".
It's the place to go if you wanna go out late night in patong and you don't care where to sleep as long as it is cheap.
We stayed one night. Didn't sleep at all.
