Just had an amazing dinner at HACO, and let me tell you, I’m officially obsessed. The vibe? Omakase was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful presentation, tasted superb, and the ingredients felt fresh.

I've never attended an omakase before so I expected the chefs to explain a bit more behind the dish or do an introduction into the restaurant as it'd be really cool to hear about the origins. However, each dish was explained to us personally and it was a rather warm and intimate experience.

I only took a few photos of this night, partner took the rest but it was stunning! I'd love to come back another season and try a different menu! ♡

En härlig plats gömd på ett körfält. Ett vänligt välkomnande och ett vackert utrymme. De gör en meny för omokasuppsättning, så du behöver bara bestämma vad du ska dricka. Vibe är avslappnad, men också tänkt. Varje kurs var fantastisk, men den perfekt kokta streckkod var utmärkt. Det enda skälet till att jag inte gav 5 stjärnor är banorna lite för snabba. Autentisk, intim och enkel. Sasaki var en fest för alla sinnen. Allt om denna gudomliga lilla bit av Tokyo var perfekt för mig. Det är värt att notera att delarna och presentationen är i japansk stil; detta betyder känsligt. Mitt förslag är att ta dig tid att njuta av smakkombinationerna, innovationerna (hallo Shiso glass ...) och servicen. Det här handlar om maten (och en otrolig drinklista faktiskt.)

Vilken liten och hemtrevlig restaurang. Cocooning alla sina gäster in i ungen, uppmärksam och alltid leende personal. Maten var fantastisk. En glädje att se, smaka knoppar stickande med kakofonin av smaker. Högt rekommenderad.

Vi som en stor måltid på Sasaki den andra natten. Vi valde $ 85 provsmakning menyn och det var fantastiskt. Autentiska, enkla och vackra rätter. Kingfishen var en speciell favorit. Restaurangen har en hemtrevlig känsla och är också ganska autentisk att gömma sig i en lugn körfält med traditionell japansk norr vid ingången. Ett måste besöka om du gillar god japansk mat.

Försenad granskning - gick till Alla hjärtans dag. Det var verkligen imponerande. Deras uppmärksamhet på detaljer är immaculate (både service och mat). Denna restaurang är mycket liten, inuti finns 5 sittplatser och två bordsits fyra personer och ett bord sittplats två personer. De har också innergård (Grahame konvertering) som har 4 bord s sittplatser två vardera. Jag hade så kallade "Omakase" lämnar till kocktypsmenyn @ $ 80 per person. Rätter är bra men det var inte spännande. Använda också Mars gimmicky form och sås gjord till glass. Hur som helst väldigt svårt att Gör bokning på grund av restaurangen.

Vi åkte med höga förväntningar och hade en utmärkt upplevelse. Maten är mycket fint utformad och tjänsten utmärkt. Hade omakase-menyn som hade 8 rätter. Laxrätten var den bästa fiskrätten jag någonsin har haft. Några av desserterna var fantastiska.

På webbplatsen hävdade kocken att han gjorde hemlagad matlagning. Han måste ha en mycket hög standard för hemlagning då! Degustationen erbjuds visade fin balans och läggning av smaker. Platsen kördes som en medurs som en bra japansk ville. Definitivt ett måste försöka plats.

Vi gillade presentationen - crockeries och glasögon är alla mycket trevliga. Sammantaget hade vi en bra upplevelse.

Detta var en glädje, Sasaki är som ingen annan Sydney restaurang. En minimalistisk inställning till inredning, bordssamling, övergripande storlek och menyn på något sätt reflekterar inte på den faktiska matupplevelsen. Faktum är att jag skulle säga att det har gjorts så att maten och erfarenheten av att dela måltiden blir nattens fokus. Jag önskar att fler Sydney restauranger skulle ta ett så modigt beslut och fokusera kunden på vad som ligger framför deras näsa. Det drar dig in från början, den detaljerade placeringen av koppar, tallrikar och ultratunna ätpinnar pekar alla exakt i samma riktning. Sasaki är liten, i en bakgata utan synlig skyltning och ändå tog det 3 veckor att få en plats på en fredagskväll för Omakase (kockens förslag eller bokstavligen betyder "jag kommer lämna den till dig") menyn. Maten kommer ut med ett bra tempo av små till medelstora kurser. 8-rätters Omakase-menyn är på $ 80 mycket bra priser. Maten och stilen är från Shimane-regionen i Japan, har aldrig varit men kommer nu att besöka om jag någonsin får en chans. Kom ofta, det är en glädje, bäst delad med dig foodie vän.

Riset hölls i en urn men hölls inte varmt. Jag antar att de första få personerna som fick hett ris måste ha gillat det. Men när min ris serverades var det luke varm / kallt. Sorbet var en tesked. Kanske mina normer för japanska köket är för höga, har försökt de flesta japanska restaurangerna i Sydney och hade många trevliga saker i Japan. Jag tycker om Shiki, Masuya, Rengaya, Kabuki Shoroku (tyckte inte om Sokyo mycket). Räkningen kom till omkring $ 260 för 2 personer. I slutet av dagen kan jag inte tänka på någonting som skulle få mig att vilja gå tillbaka.

Definitivt inte en plats för aficionados men bara rätt för en lätt informell natt ut.
