This place is top notch!

The staff is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about rum, very skilled at making drinks, and super friendly.

I’m amazed at the selection of rum they have available here too. The drink drinks on the menu are great, but don’t forget to explore the rest of their rum offerings. Ask the bartenders for recommendations if you aren’t sure.

The decor is spot on. Oh man, the music! You gotta let me get that playlist!

This place is a gem. I’ve been to tiki and rum bars all over the world and this is one of my favorite.

Cool dim lit basement bar specialising in Rum. Their menu is a book with a comprehensive guide and list of runs they serve and list of cocktails along through the pages. Menu can be overwhelming, staff there was really good to guide the cocktails. Had the seasonal daiquiri with Watermelon and cooler runnings. Cocktails were really good and fairly priced competitively. Definitely will come back again to try more cocktail in their book.

Hidden gem in Sydney. Underground rum cocktail bar. Cocktails were similar price to normal restaurants but the atmosphere and experience made it so enjoyable. Would be lovely for a date, or with friends. Really enjoyed!

staff were lovely + cocktails were pretty good. the menu design is nigh incomprehensible with cocktails spread throughout a pretty thick book. also the olives are possibly the worst i’ve ever tasted. i think both are a pretty easy fix though :3

Callum was great, upon arrival he explained the Rum Specialty of the Cocktail bar. He was extremely confident with his knowledge of Rum. So without looking at the menu, I gave him full responsibility of choosing what I drank. He guidance and choice was awesome customer service.

There were 4 people at our table, to which after asking our names, he continued to address us by our names.

I travel Australia looking for hidden Bars, the bar was very discreet  and I love that.
