Really, really good sushi, everything made fresh and clearly explained to us, we gratefully received recommendations from the owner whilst ordering and everything came out promptly. Seared unagi special nigiri was especially good!

One of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had!

We stumbled upon the restaurant by accident. The server kindly informed us that they had a reservation at 7 p.m. (we arrived at almost 6 p.m.), so we ordered our food with that in mind.

Every piece was fantastic, especially the tuna, and the sushi rolls brought us so much joy. We also tried the kimchi salad, which was fresh with a slight spicy kick.

If I get the chance, I’d love to try a few more dishes next time.

Fisken är mycket färsk och välsmakande. Vår servitör Dominic tog utmärkt hand om oss. Vi rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang för färsk fisk/sushi/sashimi.

IT var ett tag sedan min senaste recension - sedan dess har jag stannat och ätit på några fantastiska platser och några ansökningsställen - ingen retade upp mig tillräckligt (i båda fallen) för att posta förrän nu. Vad fick mig att gå ur ide? Svaret är Dominic och Yoji i Salzburg. Vilken superstjärna han var och en superb dold pärla denna restaurang är. Vi besökte med våra barn och Dominic fick oss att känna sig mycket hemma. Inget var för mycket besvär. Han gick utöver det vanliga. Artig, artig och mycket vänlig med oss och våra barn. Han föreslog rätter, skapade drycker som inte finns på menyn för oss och checkade in på oss precis tillräckligt. Det är bra men hur är det med maten? Det var lika häftigt. Sushin var fräsch, kreativ, dekorerad vackert och avgörande - helt utsökt. Min son är inte ett stort sushi fan som mina tjejer så Dominic piskade upp något annorlunda för honom som han älskade. Mockatailsen var också läckra och extremt kreativa. Jag rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang om du reser till Salzburg. Nästa gång vi är i stan är det här vår tur - till.

Det här är mitt absoluta favorit sushiställe i Salzburg. Maten är helt otrolig. Varje gång jag är wow. Sushin är smält i munnen utsökt. Den sashimi är den bästa jag har haft. Smakar verkligen som 5-stjärnig kvalitet, smörig och så smakrik. Alla rätter är i toppklass. Misosoppan, så unik och värd att prova. Läckra rullkombinationer. Teerna är också perfekta. Naturligtvis är tjänsten cherry på toppen! Alltid vänlig och hjälpsam. Kan inte rave mer. Skulle rekommendera.
