WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! We lucked into this place and it is a gem. Everything from the front desk staff, the housekeepers, the room, the location. All were above and beyond expectations. They accommodated us showing up a little bit early. They thought there were only two of us but quickly adjusted to 3. They helped with adaptors to charge our electronics.

As an airline pilot, I stay in hotels all the time and this one set the standard. I felt like we had a luxury experience at bargain prices. And on top of all that, they put out a breakfast spread that’s unbelievable. The selection of meat, cheese, fruit, juices, delicious jams and jellies, breads. I love to try new things and I really struggled to stop. The scrambled eggs were cooked better than I cook them at home (be warned, I like them moist and a little bit runny). I want to visit Vienna again just so I can stay at this hotel and enjoy their hospitality (and breakfast)!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and accommodated special requests like storing our luggage and providing us with ice from the bar for free! Highly recommended

We had a great experience for our stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the pillow menu was very convenient . And the breakfast buffet - the best way to start your day!

Excellent hotel. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful  staff. Very good breakfast. Perfect location where attractions are either walking distance or easily reachable by u bahn (metro). I definitely recommend.
