Excellent location and staff.   10 minute walk to metro and best line for quick access to airport.   Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.  Whether for restaurant recommendations, bike rental or other needs.  I asked for a different pillow and they provided a 7 option pillow menu for me and then promptly returned with that specific pillow - impressive!  I also had a foot issue and they supplied a cold compress when I asked for a bag of ice.  Can’t say enough about the staff.  Breakfast was very good and an extensive buffet.   There is no outdoor space with the hotel but they have nice portable lounge chairs that can be taken right out front on the canal and watch the world go by.
Rooms are more than adequate with comfort and price for a large European  city.  One note there is is no AC but this was not an issue in August during our stay with temps in low 70s.  A large window and fans in room made it comfortable.

Location and service was great! Walking distance to the metro as well. Only thing is that the room we booked was small and it was difficult to open our suitcases, and water from shower splashed onto the toilet floor even though there was a movable glass shield in place. Nevertheless, wonderful place to stay!

Good room, clean, have all the necessities, good for all type of travelers, 5 mins slow walk to nyvhan, and close to the central. Staff are attentive and helpful, they have great breakfast option. Will recommend this place, and maybe back again one day

A lovely cozy water canal fronting hotel. Stones throw away from the main city centre.
Very close to metro station which gives an edge to travel locally and nationally also.
Breakfast spread was good . Their detox shots and Danish Butter are the best to go back.The best of best product was their body cream, which is world class
Best part was they gave us travel adapter ❤️

We had such an awesome time at this hotel! Big shoutout to Jesper —he totally saved the day. We originally didn’t plan to come here but so glad that we did. Our original hotel canceled on us last minute, but Jesper made everything super easy and got us sorted right away. He really helped us in every way possible and he really was just the sweetest.

The hotel itself is super nice, really spacious, and just had a great vibe. And their breakfast is absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a great place to stay with good eats, this is it. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
