I visited for lunch so my experience was somehow limited, but from the end: the dessert was unbelievable tasty.

Most of the cooking is really pleasant and shows culinary mastery, the desserts however are terrible, twice in 1 year I have experienced the same with different desserts. The waiting staff could not care less, they explained that a raw yolk was poached in sugar, this statement is wrong in so many ways. We celebrated my friends 40st birthday, they sang happy birthday with a candle and a prune split in two with some random spices on top. Hilarious to questioning whether this was intentionally to annoy us. So sad to see they could not manage consistency and a professional approach.

First time in Paris and this was my favorite out of all the places I’ve eaten! Everything was delicious! The yolk dessert was so interesting and it shocked me with the texture, so good!

Depending on preference in taste and texture, it might not be for everyone but worth a try!

One of my very best meals  the set menu was unique and exciting and the wine paintings were perfect.
The service staff was extraordinary and worked as a team always making sure you had whatever you needed

We had dinner here with another couple on a Wednesday night. Upon arrival we were promptly seated and when our server took our drink order they also asked if we had any dietary restrictions or dislikes. Two people in our group went straight vegetarian and one person preferred not to eat any seafood. They were incredibly accommodating and had no issues with the requests. The dinner service had no menu and most closely resembled a tasting course meal but felt more laid back and casual. One of our dining companions chose to do the wine pairings while the rest of us opted not to. They did not have cocktails on the menu but they had a limited selection of spirits and were able to make simple drinks like gin & tonic and tequila & soda. The dishes came out at a nice pace and each one was as good as the last. Collectively our favorite dish was probably the white bean soup, it was simple but insanely good! I was very excited to try the preserved egg yolk dessert as that seems to be a staple on their ever changing menu. It was super interesting and should definitely be taken in one bite. I loved the casual cozy feel of this restaurant and would be more than happy to come back!
