Not my best review, here's why:
The food was amazing, but the service was not good at all. Probably the best pizza I've tasted in Rome but is it worth all the wait? Is it worth the stress and the tension of the waiters? I don't think so. A restaurant is not only about the food, it's an experience.
First, you have an average wait of 45 minutes to get a table (we were only two), which I find extremely annoying and disrespectful for a customer. Do not normalize such behavior, maybe the restaurant should expand at this point.
Second, we waited an endless 30 minutes minimum between the first service and the second (between the starters and pizzas), at this point it became too long...
Third, our friend joined us at 10h45pm and the waiters didn't accept to add a chair to our table (although the restaurant was half empty because all the people that left). The waiter became violent and verbally attacked us. We explained that it was not our problem if the dinner took longer than expected because of their endless service (based on the concept of ignoring their clients) and we were supposed to leave and meet our friend at 10h30pm.
Thanks to my sister that confronted the waiter, we got our extra chair, finished our meal and left the stressed and tense staff.
Bad experience apart, the food was amazing. Everything was extremely well prepared and the ingredients are fresh and high quality.

It's an incredible dough. Even its smell is delicious. Cheese is the same way. The right address for a thin and rich pizza. It doesn't bother you for the price. The employees are very sweet. One of the employees tied my bag as shown in the picture so that it would not be stolen or lost in the crowd. This is a very kind and true thought. I will recommend it to everyone going to Rome.

Best pizza I’ve ever had. Might not look amazing in pics, but truly a gem. Filled with locals and tons of to go orders. We liked the sausage pizza best.

We absolutely loved this place so we visited it twice during our stay in Rome. We truly enjoyed our experience and the pizzas tasted great each time! We honestly don’t think you can find a more authentic eatery. You can tell from the outset that this is a family business and they cater for locals rather than tourist, which to us was great as there was nothing fake in terms of staff’s behaviour or service and the price was not inflated to cater for fancy dishes or venue decor. Just a proper pizza, tasty beer, Italian language and happy people.. what’s not to love?! Arriving at 7pm sharp to ensure you get seated is much recommended.

The authentic service, all Italians eat there, perfect food, if it would possible to put 6 stars - my pizza deserves 6 . This is not about fancy dinner, but true experience, that you will never find in other countries
