We’ve had the pleasure of visiting this gem a few times over the years and each visit is better than the last. From the moment we arrive, we’re always stunned by its beauty and simplicity.

The masseria has a super intimate and chilled vibe which makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Lounging by the pool, strolling through the olive groves or enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace is pure bliss.

The team are super helpful and accommodating and then there's the food!! Giorgias and her teams creations are nothing short of spectacular. What makes the dining experience even more special is knowing that many of the ingredients come straight from their own garden.

Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Masseria Moroseta is an amazing place. My absolute favorite.
I just joined a five day ceramics creative workshop
with Linda Calugi and Giorgia Eugenia Goggi. The program these two women had put together was fantastic.
It is the best thing I have done in a very long time.
Could not have asked for anything more. I will for sure visit this place again.

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its reputation, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were stark and minimalistic, lacking in comfort. Despite the sweltering summer heat, the air conditioning was ineffective, making the stay unbearable. Additionally, I had specifically come to sample the food, but the management failed to inform me that full dining services were unavailable.

The hotel's layout offered no real grounds or privacy, with everything concentrated in a single area. Our room was situated next to the communal living space, resulting in excessive noise and a lack of privacy.

After raising concerns about the malfunctioning air conditioning and the absence of dining services, we decided to check out. Valeria, who assisted us, promised to refund our deposit but instead charged my card for the remaining balance. When I discovered the charge the next day, I contacted management, who then misrepresented the situation and refused to refund my money. I then requested access to cameras to verify my situation and the owner failed to comply or try to remedy the situation.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The staff is both rude and dishonest. Although the design is appealing, it is vastly overhyped. As a travel agent, I would never recommend this establishment to my clients, especially when there are many other excellent hotels in the area that provide genuine luxury services. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered, and I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering a stay here.

I’ve rarely had the chance to visit and experience a space so finely curated, where attention to detail was not only part of the place, but also organically blended into the experience.

The dinner we had was delicious. Serving upwards of 40 people in a tasting menu-style service is no small feat. The staff was kind, attentive and professional. The food was delicious, fresh, varied and the wine selection within the tasting menu was great.

Can’t say enough about the arrival cocktails. Wow!

A few small notes to offer on a constructive note… and that’s really only because I’m nitpicking.

I would have liked to have had the chance to see and read the bottles being served with the wine pairing. I found the wine progression was great, but didn’t quiiiiiite fit with some of the plates. I may have worked a bit on concordance. It may also just be my palate.

I think I would have preferred being in a small group attending this dinner. My husband and I had a wonderful time, but being seated across from each other while larger groups chat loudly somewhat stalled us from having our own conversations as the tables are fairly wide. I did learn tons about my neighbours, however! It’s not a dramatic point, but perhaps blurring the conversations with a little music or switching up the setting to get couples to sit side by side (as some did) could help those a little more shy to engage with others.

Overall, I would not only recommend Masseria Moroseta, but I will also plan to come back and hope to stay in one of the gorgeous rooms some day. Congratulations to the team!

Didn't stay as no availability when we tried. Went for the food, and whilst it can take a while to get through, the food is incredible and worth the wait. Staff were friendly, and the whipped ricotta is one of the best things I've ever eaten, glad the recipe is in the cookbook we bought.
