We liked the food but wish the customer service was a bit more attentive.

James who served us was fine, but I can’t say the same to the other staff in the place. We returned back on another day, but were met with cold staff turning us away as the restaurant was full. We would have appreciated if the gesture was kind and spoken to in an inclusive manner and not in a rude gesture. The language barrier is not an excuse to make a returning customer feel unwelcome, especially from the guy who was said as the manager. We did not feel comfortable enough to return back.

It’s a shame since the food is good and the portion sizes are fine. They got to work on their wine options as I had to sample so many to finally settle on a wine which was just above average.

On the whole, a good experience if the customer service element is counted out.

What we enjoyed:
•Pane Carasau with Olive Oil: Crispy and light, the perfect start to the meal.
•Cavolfiore Soup: A velvety cauliflower soup topped with savory sausage and herbs – comforting and full of flavor.
•Seasonal Vegetable Millefeuille: Layers of flatbread with grilled zucchini, peppers, eggplant, and ricotta – vibrant, fresh, and beautifully presented.
•Creamy Bean Purée with Sausage: Hearty and balanced, with a velvety texture and perfectly seasoned sausage.
•Culurgiones: A standout dish! These traditional Sardinian dumplings filled with potato, pecorino, and mint, topped with a drizzle of olive oil and crushed nuts, were delicate and absolutely delicious.
•Fregola with Sausage and Mushrooms: A fantastic, rustic dish – the toasted fregola paired beautifully with earthy mushrooms and flavorful sausage.
•Seadas (Traditional Dessert): Fried pastry filled with pecorino cheese and topped with honey – a sweet, tangy delight that ended the meal perfectly.

What didn’t hit the mark:
•The Ravioli served as dessert wasn’t to my taste. While I appreciated the effort, I found it too unconventional to enjoy as a sweet dish.

This Sardinian restaurant offers authentic, tasty dishes that capture the essence of traditional cuisine. While the food is enjoyable the prices especially for drinks are on the higher side. The waiter was very helpful and quickly arranged a table for us, making the experience pleasant overall.

We were encouraged with great reviews and mentioning in Michelin guide, however the overall experience was disappointing.

We took apetizers and first dish and dessert. Reltively best out of it was sweet ravioli. The apetizers and first dish (ravioli and culurgones with nuts) were tasteless. We didnt take any meat meal. The presentation of dishes was ok.

Service was friendly and English speaking. The only point is that the amount of „flying” plates was astonishing - within 1.5h we heared at least 3 plates broken, falling on the ground and don’t think this is local tradition;)

What we disliked is you get bread when waiting for food but you dont get olive oil, balsamico, salt&pepper. Every second table was asking additionally for that otherwise you need to eat dry bread. We asked for olive oil and need to say this was very tasty.

Overall experience was a little disappointing but the food was average (but missing spices)and you can try local dishes.

We booked this restaurant after reading some excellent reviews, and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible! We started with the meatballs and Sardinian bread, both of which were delicious. For our mains, we had malloreddus and culurgiones, two traditional Sardinian pastas, and both were amazing.
