This is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence.  Very nice room with comfortable bed and clean facilities.  The staff was very responsive to everything we needed, and the hotel serves an excellent breakfast to its customers.  Five stars!

Eduardo is the heart and soul of La Gemma Hotel. He’s so hospitable and kind, it’s like he was born to run this place. The whole family is amazing, but Eduardo really stands out… he’s going to have a bright future for sure.

They upgraded me to a stunning two bedroom suite that’s spotless and beautifully designed by their talented daughter. Honestly, this place is mind-blowing. If you’re coming to Florence, skip the rest and book La Gemma. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.
