Beautiful hotel.  The decor, staffs, services, and foods are top notch.  Access to the main island via ferries and hotel’s own ferry shuttle.  The rooms are plush with very comfortable beds.  We especially enjoyed the breakfast service.  Kudos to all the staffs for their attentiveness.  Take an evening walk around the island to enjoy the views and calm away from the hustle and bustle.

I highly recommend staying here, the rooms are amazing and every staff member has just been so friendly and welcoming! The views are spectacular! The hotel building itself has such amazing history to the area. They offer regular scheduled shuttle service to and from the main island. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge listening to the pianist and having drinks! The breakfast bar was reasonably priced, with a great selection of food and drinks.

This hotel is not located in the center of Venice sightseeing, but since it is on the opposite shore, it offers a wonderful view of Venice. It was also interesting to see the local Venetian lifestyle on the island where the hotel is situated.

In terms of transportation, there were plenty of boats available, so it was not inconvenient. However, carrying a heavy suitcase from the boat terminal to the hotel might be a bit challenging.

The breakfast had a great variety of options and was excellent. On the other hand, the Executive Lounge had a limited selection of food and drinks, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, this is one of the hotels I would love to stay at again.

When we got to our room we were welcomed by the smell of urine. An awful smell. The mirrors were full of finger marks from the last guest. The mini bar looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel opened. The shower was full of hair. We ordered room service and our cutlery had dried food on it. Luckily they had sent up an extra set that was clean. The location isn’t the greatest. You’d expect a 5 star hotel to have transportation if they aren’t connected to the main island of Venice. And they did but for another charge daily per guest. To say this is a 5 star hotel is a stretch. I would give it 2-3 at most. The 5 star hotel we stayed in Florence the previous nights put this place to shame. Would not recommend.

The lobby had a nice cosy look, and the rooms were very spacious. The Hilton boats were comfortable and efficient. The room service was delicious! I ordered a pasta and Thai curry, and both were well presented amazing! The meals came with bread as well. The location was nice, although we had to carry 3 heavy suitcases across to sets of stairs to get to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was accommodating with a wide range of options and even a "Kids Corner" filled with sugary treats. I recommend this hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the location was okay, and the service was very nice.
