This was a restaurant I’d been looking forward to visiting for a long time! Maybe that was the problem—I got my hopes up.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good restaurant! But did it amaze me? No… It’s missing that wow factor, and, honestly, a bit of flavor. My favorite things were the dessert (you can’t go wrong here) and a very simple Chinese bread starter.
The main dish, however, was completely underwhelming. Which is a shame.
That said, kudos for the excellent service!

Our Vegan son took us (non Vegan parents) to eat dinner and I must say we were so pleasantly surprised!  The service was top notch, friendly and very knowledgeable and passionate.  We did the 11 plate menu but chose a bottle of wine that was recommended by the samelier, which paired perfectly with all of our plates.   The food, each plate was incredibly delicious and the presentation was perfection!  I honestly didn’t even remember that it was a vegan/Plant Based restaurant because each dish was sooooo good!  I highly recommend this restaurant and would give it a 10 star!!!!!!!!!!!   Had to post most of our meal because, why not.  :)

If I could give it more stars, I would. This is one of the best vegan restaurants we've ever been to. We were surprised by the dishes, both delicious and beautiful. Every detail was very well taken care of. And the waiter was so nice, sweet and funny which made our evening even more special. The local lemon grass, ginger and orange infusion he made for us at the end of the dinner was extraordinary!
This is definitely a must when in Porto 👌

The service and atmosphere were very welcoming and we felt comfortable throughout the evening. The staff are warm and friendly.

The wine pairing was excellent, some great Portuguese wines that definitely matched the quality of some of the French wines I drink at home. It's hard for me to pick a favourite. A notable moment for me was the great late harvest Petit Manseng, something which I had never tasted before. Not overly sweet, but still fitting with dessert (it was so good I ordered an extra glass).

We had the 8 moments menu and we really enjoyed every single dish. We were happy to discover the wide variety of plant-based flavours and textures that David Jesus and his team offered.

Excellent ! - food, service, ambiance.
The concept of offering the plant based version of the local Portuguese dishes is innovative and the dishes offered are too good! There is an interesting backstory that Is shared for each dish about its origins and how the plant based version is made.
We are glad that we found this restaurant.
It is definitely worth a trip from Porto city to this restaurant and worth it for the price as well.
We will definitely visit next time.

We look forward to seeing it soon on Michelin guide or even a green star :)
