The Luís I Bridge’s unique two-level design accommodates distinct modes of transit. Lovely to watch - and even better to watch the surroundings from. You can walk both on the top and bottom level. If you walk on top, watch out for the tram that goes over on this level. The view both ways is fantastic. Porto os really a lovely city.
