We’ve been staying at this nice hotel all week and thought we’d try the Blue  Jazz Club, expecting to have an enjoyable evening and a good meal. How wrong we were! For a start there  was no jazz but the main problem was the food. I had an unusual sounding chicken thing- basically 2 lukewarm pieces of chicken with some kind of sauce. Really weird taste and obviously “ presented” by someone who hadn’t got a clue. Then another kind of chicken thing with cooked potatoes - except they were semi raw. And nothing else with it- and again hardly hot.
My daughter had a beef dish ( having changed her mind about the cod dish the lady on the next table had returned) the beef and mashed potato were ABSOLUTELY stone cold. It didn’t help that the plates were also cold.
There wasn’t much concern showed by the restaurant manager. It was an ABSOLUTE rip off. 11 euros for 2 tiny bits of lukewarm chicken. Someone needs to seriously show some concern for the customers and get some staff who KNOW WHAT they’re doing. At the very least the manager could have offered us a complimentary brandy or coffee.
We’ve liked the hotel but this experience tonight has seriously disappointed and shocked us - that it was SO BAD.

Espacio exquisito en la séptima planta del céntrico hotel Saratoga. Cuidado ambiente, vistas espectaculares de la ciudad y la bahía y una carta innovadora con buen producto local que eleva toda la experiencia. Muy atento su chef, Juan Pinel, interesándose por la satisfacción de sus clientes.

Careful atmosphere, spectacular views of the city and the bay and an innovative menu with good local products that elevates the entire experience. The chef, Juan Pinel, is very attentive and interested in the satisfaction of his customers.

Podría millorar cuina i servei. Ja els he fet arribar per privat algunes queixes dels plats. La música no era adequada i molestava. El demés, bé.
