Had a great dinner here with a close friend. The service was great, from quick seating to getting the food served. The menu is Czech style food with some Swedish traditional options. The schnitzel was great and the gravy for the meat patty dish was excellent. The meal portion with an appetizer left no room for dessert.

If you like Czech food then stop by and grab a bite to eat.

The roasted pork knuckle was very very good in taste. The crust was very crispy and not chewy at all. The meat, dumpling, sauerkraut, and sauce were really good. The potion is very huge so definitely no started needed at all. Even though the garlic bread there taste delicious. Definitely a recommendation

Östgötakällaren is located in the heart of Stockholm's interesting and always restless Sodermalm neighbourhood. It is a classic place with years of history and a favourite place for locals to eat or drink. The food is excellent and served in large, hearty portions that leave no one unsatisfied. Here, we tasted perhaps the most beautiful pork knuckle ever, the best schnitzel in Stockholm, and an unforgettable dish of beef cheeks with mashed potatoes. Of course, we must mention the very good service and reasonable prices.

Wow the pork knuckle was fantastic! Huge portion - good for two. The herring for the appetiser was great as well. The staff were attentive and nice seating outside.

Restaurant the 'hip' district Soldermalm. The food was exceptional with large portions. Starters where not that special. The location of the restaurant is especially nice, located behind a busy neighbourhood. Your classical peacefull restaurant
