The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to walk to both the station and the city centre, as well as the marina. The reception staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful as it gave us the entire day to explore the city. The room was spacious, though the amenities could use a slight upgrade. The reception area offered plenty of seating, and there are numerous restaurants and cafe's nearby, providing ample dining options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this Sheraton location. From start to finish, it fell far below the standards expected of a luxury hotel.

First, the breakfast buffet was terrible. The food was completely subpar—tomatoes that weren’t even ripe, vegetables that weren’t fresh, and an overall lack of quality in every dish. It was clear that little effort was put into offering guests a decent meal.

To make matters worse, we were given a room directly beneath a construction area. Every single morning at 9 AM, we were woken up by loud drilling noises. It was impossible to get any rest.

On top of all this, one of our phones was stolen from our room. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Security and guest safety should be a priority, yet we were left with no real support after reporting the incident.

Lastly, the amenities at this Sheraton were underwhelming. They do not reflect the luxury that Sheraton (or Hilton) brands are known for. Overall, this hotel does not live up to its name, and I would not recommend staying here. There are far better options that offer real comfort, security, and quality service.

Really lovely hotel, food is great from the restaurant and breakfast bar. Centrally located within walking distance to various attractions. I stayed here on a business trip and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and professional. Rooms are good and comfortable, no outside noise so a good night sleep is easy, and the fitness suite is very good.

Very decent property in the central part of the city, close to all sightseeing activities, and offers excellent service. There is renovation going on, and one can hear a lot of noise during the daytime.

Breakfast is complimentary, and they have a large selection of items.Lounge food is good but can be improved.

They do not let to do a breakfast takeout, something that's totally wired for a Marriott property.

We enjoyed our stay here but were expecting a bit more from a Sheraton. The hotel is definitely a bit dated but the location makes up for it. So close to everything that it's overall still worth staying.

We had booked on points and tried using our upgrade award but was denied. That's fine the hotel was sold out but as a Platinum member using points we would have expected a welcome amenity but nothing. The only room they had was with 2 beds but we did get a great view. The room was on the smaller side but we did have enough room for our luggage so it was ok. The bathroom was pretty small especially the shower  but it had good counter space.

The club lounge on the main floor was pretty big but the decor and lighting was kinda sad. The food served was pretty good and they had a good selection of drinks. Guillermo there was great super friendly and quick. For the breakfast you have access to the main buffet which was fantastic.

The gym was large and does have a sauna which was nice but no pool however. Overall we would stay again mainly due to the location being so good but definitely needs a bit of a reno.
