A really cool German / Swedish restaurant.  We can here to trying some things that I was seeking out.  The herring sampler was visually pleasing, and the fish tasted fresh and delicious.  I only wish there were more pieces of fish, but it was a tasting sampler.  So its fine.  I had my peel and eat shrimp and it was great, shrimp were large and juice.  The historical interior of this 1910 building (I think that’s what the waiter said) was really cool and the place had a nice vide of a German beer house.  Prices are normal and service was good.  Wish we found this place sooner.

Absolutely loved the place.  Me and my colleague came pretty early but without reservation.  Lucky to get small table for 2 in corner.  The pork knuckle was best in my life. Smoked beers also amazing.   Get a reservation!

You can't get more Swedish than that. People were nice and the food amazing. The restaurant has a no reservations policy, which meant that we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get served, and it was a standard Thursday with a party of 2. If that's not a problem to you, you're in for a treat.

Good beers, German / Swedish cuisine in a traditional beer hall setting. This restaurant located at the edge of Gamla Stan is unique and worth dropping in.

We were lucky during our city break in Stockholm. The wester was great so encouraged us to visit this place due to number of different cold beers available on the site. Aditionally we decided to have a snack. Children traditional viener schnitzel/pork chops and we herrings. Evertything was very tasty. 4* for service due to lack of one ordered beer.
