Du hittar denna pärla mitt i Fotskäl, Marks Kommun. Här kan du käka riktigt god pulled pork, brisket, ribs med goda tillbehör och sitta utomhus på rustika bänkar i en lada. Den napoletanska pizzan är också riktigt bra, så finns något för alla. I första hand skulle jag dela på en Mix Plate (står att den är för 2 pers men skulle definitivt säga att du kan dela 3-4 pers) då får du prova lite av allt, köttet är verkligen hur bra som helst. Välj två tillbehör till detta. Creamy corn och bönorna var riktigt goda, men krispiga pommes är även det toppen till. Pizzan skulle jag rekommendera Diavolo och tryffel. Köp även till deras deras fräscha dipp, för att dippa de fluffiga kanterna. Tro det eller ej, men finns även väldigt bra vego-alternativ. 🙌
