Make sure you know which place your booking is under. Hostel - is a room that does NOT include meals. Stayed for 2 weeks. Half the time the Hostel kitchen is clean. Only once was there late night noise. Staff I dealt with face-to-face were very helpful.  Reception not open until :30am but good from there on.

Great location right next to tram stops and Liseberg. We had a family room which fit us we'll with our own bathroom. Clean sheets and towels. The shared kitchen area was lacking things like toasters, kettles and stoves. So don't expect much from that. A small grocery store two doors down which was nice.

Great value and location. Good size rooms for a large family. Restaurant downstairs served good food.

Im not saying its bad but the vibes were just off. Not really hotell-like and felt rather un welcoming. It's more the vibes than the actual physical usages.
