We had a wonderful experience for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really made our visit special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, especially Dragana, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful, particularly with our small child, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service😊

We stayed here whilst walking the Goteleden Trail. The room was simple but perfectly adequate.  The food was great and the staff lovely.

The woman in the hotel reception was so  snotty, toffee-nosed and standoffish, when we were asking if we could dine in, that we decided to go elsewhere. Might have been just a bad day or just a rotten egg.

But clearly she was the wrong woman in the wrong position at the wrong time and that coated them two very hungry guests looking for a three course menu with drinks and we might even have gotten a room spontaneously since we were celebrating my girlfriend's birthday.

We had a work event here over a weekend.
The weather was good so we went walking by the lake, unfortunately it was too muddy to go that far. The gym on the premises is a bit depressing and small. There was a nice variety of equipment though, but the hand weights had been left all around the room.
The breakfast is okay enough, however the scrambled eggs and oatmeal are not edible without dumbing a lot of salt on them. I’m a vegetarian so for lunch I was given a dish with cauliflower and rice, it actually looked really nice - even though I’m not a big fan of cauliflower. Then for dinner we had a lovely beetroot appetizer, which was great! I could have eaten more of it. For the main, everyone else got a lamb dish which I was told by people who normally don’t enjoy lamb that it was really good. My dish was cauliflower and cabbage… unfortunately I couldn’t finish it since I had already eaten cauliflower a few hours prior. The desert was okay, I think it was a pannacotta.
The rooms were clean and nice, located next to the main building.

Lovely getaway located directly at a lake. Quite surroundings, attentive staff and great breakfast options. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, although not being perfectly clean. Bathrooms had some mould around the shower and could use an upgrade as well. Apart from that, solid recommendation.
