We visited Flip Out Canary Wharf today, and while the kids had fun, the experience didn’t fully meet our expectations. The biggest downside was how cold it was inside—if you are going, make sure kids are wrapped up.

One of the biggest letdowns was the "Donate Slide." It didn’t slide properly, and we had to push or pull ourselves down, which took away the excitement. The kids were looking forward to it but ended up a bit disappointed.

On the positive side, they absolutely loved the bumper cars and laser tag, which were the highlights of the visit. The roller rink was also a nice addition and well-maintained.

Overall, while there were some fun moments, we expected a bit more from the experience. A few improvements—like fixing the slide and ensuring a more comfortable temperature—would make a big difference.

Very disappointed with our half term visit, lots of the attractions including the laser tag, PlayStation area and large slide were closed. We queued for 40 minutes for the bumper cars and then they kept stopping and breaking. Definitely not worth the entry price.

My god this place is absolutely freezing! I read the previous reviews and hoped the management improve the heating but NO! We were shivering for dear life! The warmest part was the hallway in between the ninja playground. Our kids enjoyed themselves despite us wanted to leave due to us freezing to death!
Could do with signs showing where the donut slide was.
Most of the trikes broken and no supervision.

Mixed feeling about the place. CAN DEFENETLY BE LIGHTEN UP A BITT, IS WAY TO DARK.
Price, resonable(the spectators price is not justified, in my opinion).
Childrens attractions are decent but not as fun as is pictured on the website.
Coffee and tea selection is way out of a decent standard, and when you go there you are asked to consume they're products... If that is a requirement then would be nice to have a semi decent captions available.
People working there are nice and helpfull.

No queues, pretty cheap as you can do spectator tickets whilst the young ones run around for 2 hours.

Definitely does need A/C in there or some sort of fan as it does get pretty humid.

Would still recommend for a rainy day activity.

Parking will be reimbursed which is very ideal.
