Food is fine and you can watch them make it, which helps me with any anxiety about dropped food or other hygiene related issues that may go unnoticed. However, be prepared to wait forever to get your food. Even if you order ahead be prepared to wait. This location is always under staffed unless you go in between 1-3. If you order using the app make sure you place the order at least 1.5-2 hours before they close. If they are behind on orders and it gets to be closing time, they WILL lock the doors and they WON'T make your pizza. I placed my order 1 hour before closing and when I got there 15 minutes before closing, they had already locked the doors and turned off the lights and all phone calls went to a corporate number. I had to wait for the staff to walk outside so I could  ask about my order. I was told I could pick it up between 11 and 12 the next day. I went in the next day to get a refund, the manager said she couldn't do that because it was an online order. Yadayada.... I eventually reached someone who could help me. I was told to expect a refund to my debit card within 5-7 business days. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't received a refund. If my son didn't love their cheese pizza so much I would never go back.

Every time I order from this little Caesars, there is a problem. Today I placed my order and showed up to pick up after 30 minutes, and the store had never received my order through the app. They refunded my money, but they wasted my time. This happens almost every time I order at this little Caesars. If I do get food, the quality is subpar, or the pizza is cut up in some sort of maniacal way. The photo in this review is a picture of an actual pizza I received from this location on a different order.

Literally the WORST place. Unbelievably rude and don't care about anything. Messed up multiple orders in a row. Grease leaking out of boxes, ruining our clothes, and when asking for napkins or an extra box to even be able to put the order in the car, they will refuse because an extra box will "cost them money". Guess what. Your greasy pizza, which we returned for a refund, cost you more than an extra box.  Never ever will we return to this location. Absolutely unacceptable how they treat well tipping customers.

I truly wish I could give zero stars. Don't bother going inside, they will act like you don't even exist until you leave. They will not even acknowledge you if you don't go through drive through. Whoever was working on 10/18 needs to lose their job

I ordered a Hot’n Ready Stuffed Crust Pepperoni this evening… but it took not the 5-7 minutes I was told but a whole 18 minutes to cook. So when I got it in the vehicle… I picked up a slice. I could roll it up. I think either their oven is broken or the employees brains. Take a look at the pictures.
