My daughter and I purchased 2 Pure Protection Rings from you at $100 apiece a few months ago. They are beautiful but the black eye stone fell out of my ring a couple of months after I wore it. It was only the third time I wore it. It is very noticeable.  How can I get a new stone for it or can you replace it? Can you at least tell me where I can find the stone to replace the lost one?

What a crazy story ... The most incredible beautiful colorful store I've ever been in! After making my final selections from all the incredible items in the store, I realized I lost my phone. The owner was the nicest, kindest, most-empathetic, helpful, calming person who ultimately found my phone in a scarf basket (an hour later and panic had taken over). We stumbled upon Asa Kaftans during our girls trip to LA and I am so happy we walked in! Seti was so so wonderful with our group. She was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and had such a positive energy. She helped show me all the different ways I could style one top, emphasizing that they are all about versatile, long-lasting pieces versus fast fashion. I really appreciate that because their clothing is really something special. I can tell the wrap tops I bought are going to last so so long and will be staples in my wardrobe. Seti really made us feel so beautiful that day! I will definitely be adding some more pieces to my closet in the future.

I see why others are going so hard with these one star reviews. They have terrible customer service and have just lost a loyal, frequent customer. I just received my Tortuga bikini to match my Kaftan, which I love so much. I ordered a size up, however, it was too small. I merely wanted to exchange it for a bigger size and they refused..  So disappointed. I love Asa, however, her staff has no business sense. I placed several orders this week alone and have ordered several times before.   Oh well, will have to find somewhere else to buy my beach wear.
