This is a great place to stay with a wonderful courtyard of fun.  The courtyard has several fire pits, ping pong and comfortable places to relax.  The hotel also had a great game room.  Although I was able to use this, I saw many guests being entertained in this fun area.

The staff was well above average.  I would stay here again just because the amount of help they provided me after just having knee surgery.

It's a great hotel from management to the guest services staff.

The room was cozy and clean. I love the unconventional design of the room. For the price, it is really worth staying there. Don't judge it by the way it looks outside because this hotel is a real gem with good customer service and many fun things to do. Location is also amazing.

I wanted to thank the manager Mr. Guzman for helping me with my stay. This is my 2nd time at Hotel Zephyr and it is a great choice of hotel! Not only for location but also hospitality. Mr. Guzman helped correct a small change on my final invoice and everything was 5/5 would certainly recommend and I'll be back!

Location of the Hotel was awesome.  Perfect walking distance to so many things.  Room was nice and clean. Loved the hotel overall. However, do not pay the extra for the balcony room because it is NOT a good view and was a waste of money!! I was told that it was a great bay view....well we saw a part of the ferris wheel and the courtyard below.  Other than that, it was a nice place to stay. (extra hint, do not pay the parking fee when you can park elsewhere and close by for much less).

Clean hotel, nice design. Not luxurious but not horrible. Unfortunately there’s issue with the wi-fi everywhere. When you pay 200-400$ per night in San Francisco the wifi should work. I had no reception in my room and barely any in the lobby.

The staff was ok but not very helpful. However, I would come back because being next to the pier is a 10x better experience than downtown.
