We stayed here three nights, Thursday through Saturday, and had a great time.
I liked the complimentary wine/beer/drink hour in the lobby every night, it's a nice start to the evening.
All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.
The main reason we stayed here was the proximity to Fisherman's Wharf, which was about one block north of us.
The rooms were very comfortable and had a record player with a couple of records available to each room. If you want more records you can go down the lobby and check some out down there.
There is a restaurant on the premises, and it was pretty good for breakfast, but we didn't try it for dinner since we went to other places in town.
There is parking and valet here, but we didn't have to use it
I felt safe and comfortable here and would probably stay here again in the future.

Friendly and helpful. Lively big rooms, comfy beds and nice shower/bathroom. Great to have watermelon infused water coolers in reception all day and tea/coffee in the morning. We didn't manage to take advantage of the free drinks between 5-6pm.  Would like tea making facility in the room.

This hotel is in a great location. The fisherman’s wharf and pier 39 are walking distance. Their biggest asset  is the front desk staff. They provided outstanding service and were very friendly. They were also very helpful when we asked directions on navigating the city. The room setup was outstanding and they even have a record player.

My only gripe is on our last night the building lost power for several hours. The room temperature was extremely uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep at all. When I checked outside, it seemed like the hotel was the only building that didn’t have power. Other than that, this hotel was awesome.

I’ve stayed here for two separate trips to SF for work, and both have been outstanding. The rooms are perfectly decorated, and you can upgrade to a larger space or keep it small. The customer service is above and beyond, they are truly so welcoming each stay. There’s really thoughtful touches during your stay like borrowing a plant to take care of in your room, or choosing a record from their collection to use with the player in each room. I brought my dog on my second stay and it was so relaxing, she absolutely loved it. They offer water bowls, dog beds, and make you feel at home without charging an extra arm and foot. The Filipino restaurant on the bottom is also fantastic, highly recommend. I can’t wait to return!

We were so happy here! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great! The rooms comfortable and clean. The bathroom was renovated and huge! Walking distance to Pier 39 where all the shops and restaurants are located. We cannot recommend the hotel enough. The Manager, Harvey in particulare was extremely helpful. We are very grateful and would definitely stay again.
