I had a problem with my oil furnace and I recently had Andrew come out to fix my oil furnace, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done, and got to work right away. It was clear that he had a lot of experience, as he handled everything with ease and precision.

Today is Saturday and very cold. All of a sudden my heater stopped working. I called Oilex and in less than 2 hours Andrew was at my house and resolved the issue. He had to change a few parts and  now, I got my hot water back and the house is warm again.  I am so happy with them. They’ve been my oil provider for years and it’s always a good experience. I had an issue with my oil burner, and Andrew came out the same day to address it. He was extremely thorough, making sure everything was working properly before he left. What really stood out was how he took the time to teach my son how to measure the oil level in the under ground tank and even explained what to purchase at the store to replace a cap. Excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Andrew came by today because we had a boiler issue and we could not recommend his work more. He was able to fix a problem a host of other service providers were not able to. Courteous, professional, and prompt. Could not ask for a better experience
