Im never coming back to this nightclub. I was there on November 30th, 2024 for Meat XXL and the organization was absolutely catastrophic. First we stood in line outside for 45 minutes and then again in line for over an hour for the coat check. The prices for drinks are totally inflated. They charge $12 for a water. The man who works in the bathroom aggressively asked for a tip. The same problem occurred when we wanted to pick up the jackets again at 4:30 a.m. We waited over an hour to get our jackets. It was absolute chaos. They trampled on the jackets.

The night of dancing was completely ruined by the ineptitude of the coat check staff. The line to get in was an hour and then the bottleneck of a coat check was another 30 minutes. Right before they took my coat, I saw one of their coat racks collapse.... This would be a bad omen.

I returned to the coat check line at 4am, hoping to get ahead of the crowd but alas the line already bottlenecked through the entry. We waited an hour while the pandemonium in the coat check itself was on full display. Dozens of People holding tickets high in the air and straining to try to get an attendants attention. Shouting out numbers. Asking if they had a bag or a coat.

I watched several workers have nervous breakdowns and heated discussions between attendants... All while the retrieval of bags came to a screeching halt for 30 minutes.

The crowd swelled behind us. Standing with our tickets in the air, a man jumped on top of the tables and attempted to enter the back room himself. It became a fire hazard.

After being in line for over and hour and a half management came out and announced the bags had been moved to the roof and we could retreive our belongings there.

Hundreds of people walked out onto the 29° roof in very little clothing to finally collect our coats... The hostages were finally free... at 5:36am

Never again will I ever return to that venue. Ever.

I came here on June 1st 2024 to see a house music DJ. I had a lot of fun because the music was great but there are a few things people should know. The bartenders are horrible. Very rude and unfriendly! I asked for a cup of water and the bartender told me they don’t do that but gave me one anyway. That was the only time I got water. For the rest of the  night, I had to ask for ice! That’s all they would give me. A water bottle is $9.00!!!! If your on a budget, I would suggest drinking plenty of water before coming here to stay hydrated. Additionally, they advertise themselves as one of the biggest nightclubs but it’s not that big inside. It was an awkward set up too. The first bar you see has a DJ up top, playing for that area and it can get very crowded later on which made it difficult to get to the restroom. Restroom is upstairs so prepare for stairs. Other than that, light show, sound system and of course the music I heard was awesome. I spent $25 for my ticket.

I attended a school event and was waiting before it started. A certain team arrived by taxi and entered the venue first. When I asked about it, no one responded.

One woman from that team later approached me, saying there were only five minutes left and that it was cold, asking if I could be let inside the entrance. However, her request was denied.

Then, another team arrived, and the staff explained the waiting instructions to them, whereas my question was ignored. When I asked why, one staff member sarcastically said, "Are you okay?" I told them they were being rude, to which they responded, "Yeah, I'm rude." and continued to ignore me.

When I pointed out that this seemed like racial discrimination, four staff members surrounded me, telling me to "calm down" and warning that I wouldn't be allowed inside if I didn't. The staff member who ignored me insisted on checking my ID and bag, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I requested that a female staff member perform the check instead.

I plan to report this incident to the consulate. After my ID and bag check were completed, the same rude staff member sarcastically told me to "enjoy" the event, as if they thought there would be no consequences or feedback regarding their behavior.

It was a rare but unpleasant experience, despite paying for it. The space was small, making it uncomfortable. On top of that, there were many stairs, which seemed dangerous in case of a fire evacuation. I hope you can enjoy your valuable time in a comfortable and safe place.

I went on a reggaeton Saturday in early February. I liked the location of the venue on the west side. The music was lively but there was a very young crowd. Like early twenties. The place is up a ton of stairs. So careful about the shoes situation. The actual club space is Smaller than I thought. It’s like lower ceilings too. But still enough breathing room. Not like Marquee at all. I would like to come to another actual DJ night to see the difference. The music wasn’t my favorite but my friends liked it a lot. It’s def music to dance to for sure. My friends and I got bottle service. The views from the front tables were great and we had a lot of room to chill. Bottles are pricey as expected but with a big group it was good. The staff were respectful and I felt they were good at the upkeep at the table area. They had a sign that glowed and you could have them write what you wanted on it. My friend wrote “Aquarius Szn” it was cute.
