Always nice to walk around and see all the pretty flowers and lots of walking. Please note the lovers lane track is currently closed. There is lots of spots to relax and enjoy with friends and family,  I even found the witches statue  apparently witches where hung here , not sure how true that is .

The garden is very beautiful, but I don't recommend it when the sun is high. If you want to make a photo with the flowers, it's very hot, and it's a top light. It's not good at other times. The flowers are beautiful, and the fountain is also beautiful.

Very nice museum with interactive areas for adults and children. They cover natural history, various culture of the world (both ancient and modern), volcanoes (brilliant room which includes a room that allows you to experience what it would be like to be near a volcanic eruption), and Māori culture. We went to a Māori experience in the Auditorium which was incredibly well delivered and we wholeheartedly recommend it. The museum has 2 cafes and a site restaurant which serves delicious dishes. Gift shop at the main entrance. Parking on site (outdoor and underground). Worth keeping an eye on how long you stay as until 5 hrs is $16, but $35 for 5+ hours.

Beautiful place for flowers and garden enthusiasts. The fern walk was nice and peaceful. We went on a Saturday however I think a time during the week would be better. The Gardens are very well maintained, respected and have a nice Cafe nearby for coffee and food. It certainly doesn't feel like you are in the centre of Auckland.
