Room excellent. Staff all helpful. Both restaurants we used were excellent. We would return. 5 Star means 5 Star. We have been spoiled and won't want to settle foe mediocre any more. The front desk was always helpful. Similarly all services we used was of a similar standard.

This is a wonderful hotel centrally located in a beautiful part of Amsterdam. Everywhere you want to go is walkable from here. The staff are helpful and welcoming and the restaurant and bar are lovely. If you have the chance to stay here--do it!

The room and communal areas are clean and tidy with some needing upgrading however this hitel prices seemed over priced for what is included. Carpark and breakfast on site but at additional cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel very clean. Beds really comfy. Can get chilly at night so remember to switch off air conditioning. Quite close to the marina, lots of restaurants too. Although not far from marina we kept getting lost on the way back from it as there are small streets zigzaging.

Very good hotel. Everything worked and breakfast was first rate. Very helpful at reception and (Carmen) provided excellent suggestions for travelling into the city. Be advised it is a 20 minute walk to centre but there is a tram stop nearby. Would highly recommend and would return.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Very central to all of the attractions Madrid has to offer. We opted for breakfast at the hotel. The choice was superb. Cold meats , hot food selection, cereals , pastries, churros as well! Absolute heaven. Definitely worth having the breakfast. The staff were all professional and polite. Everyone whatever their role, greeted with a hello/hola.

This is a wonderful hotel with outstanding staff and really amazing food. I had THE most relaxing and brilliant holiday. Everything you need is on site and all your needs are catered for by staff, in all departments, who care and whose standards are high. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The food is absolutely fantastic with a large choice and variety. I don't usually return to a place but I will come back here. It really deserves all the accolades.

Perfect for a large family getaway. Beautiful hotel, plenty of places to relax and swim. The main restaurant is buffet style. It's more enjoyable to eat in the a la carte restaurants but you need to book well ahead. I really enjoyed the yoga and pilates sessions with the lovely Violeta.

Best bar in Split. Amazing cocktails, romantic atmosphere, lovely bartenders and mixologists. Beautiful place and good value. Unmissable. We have been here many times and definitely a place where we advise all our friends to come. A pearl in the centre of this amazing city.

Hotel Dubrovnik Palace

This is a large hotel at the end of the road away from the old town. However, there's a great bus that goes there from the old town every 15 or 20 minutes, so no worries. We were upgraded to a suite because it was shoulder season. Our suite was amazing. We looked out over the ocean. The swimming pool was huge and there was also a beach area. We had a wonderful time

Valamar Lacroma Hotel

The two of us ate there eight nights in a row. The team around Zotan consisting of Azer, Antonela, Marko, the good soul Marina and the mysterious barman were great. They catered to our every need and the food was always great.

Meliá Costa del Sol

Great hotel, perfect location for the beach and a visit to the old town. We stayed for 5 nights, lovely rooms, food brilliant with lots of choice, even for me who can be a fussy eater. We did some walking and a visit to the old town which we both enjoyed as well as a lot of chilling on The Level terrace.

It is hard to say how much we enjoyed our 3 night stay at this wonderful property. This small hotel is ideally located on a quiet side street in the Gothic district. The rooms was modern and provided the quiet sanctuary needed after a day of sightseeing. The lobby staff, especially Adam and Adrian, gave us perfect dining recommendations. Adam even personally changed out our television that was not receiving English channels. Service above and beyond with a smile.

Amazing hotel with such helpful and friendly staff. We chose this hotel for location and the rooftop bar and pool. Perfect location, 5 mins walk to La Rambla and less than 5 mins walk to 3 metro stations, Drassenes, Liceau and Para el(which takes you to the cable car). My daughter left her teddy bear, the staff could not be more helpful in ensuring the sentimental item was returned to us in the UK after we arrived home.
