Unfortunately, our experience at One&Only fell far below expectations, especially considering the high price. The service lacked professionalism. For example, room cleaning taking over six hours despite repeated requests and the terrace never got cleaned for our 3 nights.

The kids’ club was inconsistent—while the team was great on most days, the first day had only one nanny who told me that she will left at 6 PM for eating and no nanny will be there at that time.

Regarding the beach, it is sandy however was full of algae, and the beach water color is not appealing for swimming. Not like the east side of the island.

On a positive note, the welcoming was exceptional, and the concierge team was excellent. However, overall, the stay was disappointing and did not justify the cost or the brand’s reputation.

I faced some issues with Visa to Mauritius which i already applied  before 2 months ago, unfortunately it wasn’t issued for me until now !! And i already contacted One&Only resort to inform them before 1 week from my reservation date ! I expect this famous and well know resorts wide world will support and coordinate with their guests in these kind of issues!
This company will not be one of my options in the future trips

I encountered a situation that prevented me from visiting Mauritius. I informed the hotel a week prior to my intended arrival, but the management and staff were uncooperative in changing the reservation date and seemed unable to understand my circumstances. For clarity, I booked another hotel, and the amount was refunded in light of the situation.
This hotel will not be a considered option for my next visit to Mauritius

The best place I have ever been to, the entire staff, managers and CEO were so welcoming, professional, caring and making sure that we had the best stay in the resort. The surprise birthday treat in the room for my Sister was out of this world. I would definitely return to the resort in future and explore more of it and the country. Thank you O&O family, it was a like a dream come true at this vacation 🙏🏽💕😍

I have stayed in both Four Seasons and One&Only. The hospitality, facilities, rooms, spa, dining, overall atmosphere, and overall experience were best at One&Only and not even comparable with Four Seasons. If I knew, I would have stayed there from day one. The staff are helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend it for anyone who would like to enjoy once-in-a-lifetime experience!
