Impeccable service by the staff. We had some miscommunication on the set ordered and it was resolved without a fuss.

Located at four seasons hotel and at the same level as hotel reception. The restaurant offers a fantastic view of the skyline

Food is french but with over 90 percent of ingredients sourced from Japan.

Every dish is intricate and done well. The waiter does a very good explaining each dish. The freshness of ingredient can be tasyed through the flavors particullay for the beef and the seafood.

Totally deserving of its 1 star, I would come back again

Four season + Michelin 1 star, I expect everything will be perfect ! Therefore I have dinner on 17 Oct 2024, after the tasteless amuse bouche and starters … and the meat dish too unsavory to accept.( please refer to pic attached, the green color one is the meat dish) !

The most unacceptable thing is when I ask one of the staff where is the washroom, at first the staff told me that the restaurant washroom is occupied but she could show me another one located in the hotel! We follow the staff walk around the whole 39th floor and she still could not show us the washroom direction and even leave us alone ! I finally asked another staff in the bar for the washroom direction !

I wrote email complaints about the dinner, the dining experience and even the worst service , the four season otemachi only appology thru email! ( I paid the service charge and this is what I get the service)

Strongly not recommend this , flavorless dinner and poor service! You could find other nice French restaurants in Tokyo!

Extremely expensive. Completely unmemorable. Did the 10 course tasting menu and French wine pairings and upgraded to the truffle rice pudding. Nothing stood out as great even though the presentation was beautiful. Don’t upgrade to the truffles.  Not worth the price.

Also, they gave us wet cloths to wipe our hands at the beginning of the meal but never took them away until we put them on the seat next to us. For a Michelin star restaurants (and I’ve been to many), this was unacceptable for a fine dining establishment costing this amount.

Seamless food and Japanese wine and sake pairing. We were thoughtfully hosted and taken care of by somm Yuji and it made for such a lovely last evening in Tokyo even though it was raining and tad dreary outside.

I can only imagine how amazing the views would be from here during lunch time and when it’s sunny.

Dining area could use a bit more lighting for dinner but that’s just of course my personal preference. Otherwise, good spot to splurge a little and experience Japanese and French fusion.

Had the most amazing lunch at EST in four seasons otemachi! We were blown away by the exquisite dishes. Presentation was stunning, and the flavour was incredible! You can tell the amount of effort that goes into the preparation of each course. We loved the combination of the squid and asparagus. And the trout was so tender and perfectly cooked. And omg I will never forget the chocolate dessert. Hands down the best dessert I had this year. I wished I could have had another one! I remember the pastry chef Michele got the inspiration from art sculptor doing charcoal work. Thank you chef guillame and the manager and all the staff for such a wonderful and amazing lunch experience! Oh and we also enjoyed the wine pairing by the sommelier so much!  Cannot wait to go back soon!
