Hotel lobby, rooms, and views are gorgeous. The check-in and room service staff were fabulous, as well as the breakfast area. The gym staff were not very welcoming, but there is a whole city outside to enjoy exercise, so no big deal. This was our first Four Seasons stay and we loved it. We usually stick with Ritz or Park Hyatt, so this was new for us and did not disappoint. The room was clean, organized, and lots of extras were provided. Room service was fast and delicious. There were so many breakfast options, all were tasty. Everyone was so helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks so much!

We had a fabulous stay at the Four Seasons. The restaurants and bars were superb and look forward to coming back. Each and every member of staff made for a memorable stay and focused on the little details and interaction.

Special should out to Maria in the Virtu bar. She was amazing and so sweet! We really enjoyed meeting and chatting with her. She also gave us some great recommendations. Thank you to everyone at Four Seasons!

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was very spacious for Japanese standards and the view was what made it even better. We had a view of Mt. Fuji and the imperial palace. The service was amazing, every staff member did his best to accommodate you. Mia at the reception was very sweet and helpful. Their concierge id the best in town.(I’ve tried them at other hotels nothing compares to the Four Seasons.

This hotel is conveniently located, with only a few minutes’ walk to the nearest subway station, making it easy to access major attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering excellent views, especially from higher floors where you can enjoy cityscapes and even Mount Fuji.
The service is thoughtful and attentive, with the staff preparing a delightful birthday surprise in advance, including a cake, fresh flowers, and a handwritten card, which made the stay even more special😁❤️
The breakfast selection is abundant, combining both Western and Asian options, with the various salmon dishes being particularly impressive. Overall, the experience reflects the high standards of Four Seasons and was truly enjoyable.👍🏻

Beautiful location with a view of the city, gardens and imperial palace. Spa services also incredible and they made my birthday so special. I really appreciated the concierge team a lot and I enjoyed the views over Tokyo every day from sunrise to sunset. I did not realise that the bar we have at the hotel is rated one of the top cocktail bars in the world!  Four Seasons is known for their customer service and I felt they maintained that high quality reputation.
