The Plaza Seoul Hotel was a great choice for my business trip. The hotel provides excellent service and comfortable amenities, making it perfect for work-related stays. The location is ideal, with easy access to key areas of the city.

However, I do wish there were more halal food options available, or at least a more varied vegetarian menu for Muslim guests. That would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it’s a solid hotel with a prime location — just a bit more variety in the food options would be appreciated.

The hotel is centrally located. There is a subway entrance on one side and underground shopping street that lead to Lotte mall and MyeongDong on the other side. Nearby is a food street that you cannot miss.

Breakfast here is wonderful. Lots of variety and high quality ingredients.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The best thing is the hotel is nearby everywhere but in a quiet surrounding. Not noisy.

This hotel feels more suited for business travellers who do not get a say in where they stay than for special occasions. The rooms are quite small, and design details leave much to be desired. For instance, the wardrobe has a curtain instead of a proper door, and if it isn’t closed properly, the light stays on.
There are multiple light sources in the room, including the electronic control panel by the bed, and the blackout curtains are worn and ineffective, all of which negatively impacted our sleep. Additionally, the staff didn’t acknowledge my birthday, which was disappointing and not what I’d expect from a 5-star establishment. The level of attentiveness was lacking.

On a positive note, the fitness facilities were outstanding. Although the gym and pool are located in a separate building, the gym is well-equipped with everything you need, including workout clothes for guests to change into. This was definitely a highlight of the stay.

Hotel has a nice premium feel. Very attentive staff. Great location with underground access to Cityhall station (and underground access via Sogong Underground all the way to Myeongdong shopping street). The rooms are abit small. The indoor pool in the Annex building is pretty decent. Bring your own swimming cap (they do provide FOC if you’ve forgotten).
